1. Product Disclaimer

2. No Refunds & All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once payment has been processed. This policy applies to:

• • Orders that have already been processed and packaged
• • Products that have been opened or used in any way
• • Pre-order kits and subscription/membership purchases

If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the matter and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. For pre-order items, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability.

Local pickup orders must be arranged in advance. Shipping and tax are waived for local pickup, but the no-refund policy still applies.
